The history of תימנים TEIMANIM is not only a history of persecution or departure. It is also the history of communities that preserved learning, rebuilt institutions after expulsion and carried their traditions to ארץ ישראל EREẒ YISRAʾEL. The sequence follows documentary connections across the seas, forced displacement, the struggle to leave Yemen and the rebuilding of communal life in מדינת ישראל MEDINAT YISRAʾEL.
