This edition presents Riḍā’s article in al-Manār, volume 4, number 21, dated 1902-01-26, printed pages 801–809.¹ The date belongs to the printed issue. It does not date each speech or appeal that Riḍā reports.

The Arabic text has been assigned to its nine printed pages. All eight page breaks and every line were checked against the controlling facsimile, and the page files retain the full Arabic word sequence. The page texts are collated. The scan of page 809 begins a different article below a divider after Riḍā’s conclusion; that later article is outside this edition.

The older rough English draft was assigned in full to page 801 by mistake. It remains in the private source layer, with its former page copy retained as a retired migration file. The dated article presents a separate working English translation. Its review history does not establish page-level approval, so no English is assigned to these page records. No page English or analysis is assigned in this Arabic-only edition.

The 1902 underlying text is public domain in the United States and in ordinary life-plus-70 jurisdictions. A work-specific rights decision clears TJD-derived text layers for publication. The collated Arabic transcript and reviewed apparatus are eligible for the runtime package. The facsimile, rough English draft, retired migration files and private Research assets remain source-only and are not packaged. Any future page translation or analysis requires separate assignment and review.

Riḍā describes the Zionist association as a political movement seeking sovereignty in ארץ ישראל EREẒ YISRAʾEL. He praises Jewish organization, education and mutual aid while using them to warn Muslim readers about their own political weakness. The article establishes Riḍā’s published argument. It does not independently prove the economic claims he repeats about יהודים YEHUDIM, the reported reception of Israel Zangwill by the Ottoman sultan, or the words of the speeches and appeal he renders into Arabic. Those attributed texts need their own witnesses before they can be quoted as verified originals.
